Dear Community,

I am thrilled to share that Beyond 12 has joined The Studio @ Blue Meridian, an initiative by Blue Meridian Partners that provides social sector organizations with flexible and catalytic capital to test, iterate, and refine our models in order to accelerate our readiness to significantly scale our reach, impact, and influence. We are honored to participate in the Studio with game-changing leaders and organizations – Benefits Data Trust, CodePath, Grameen America, Inc., Management Leadership for Tomorrow, Merit America, Per Scholas, and Zearn. Congrats to all of you! Melissa Connelly, MAEd and OneGoal, congrats to you as well. Thank you for blazing a trail for us and thank you for your mentorship and guidance.

I want to give a big shout out to the Beyond 12 team – in spite of what is likely one of the most challenging years each of us has ever experienced, you have continued to show up in such a big way for our students, our organization, and each other. YOU are the reason these big wins happen. I want to especially thank our Blue Meridian action plan team – Kiersten Chresfield, my Chief of Staff; Christopher Co, our CTO and Head of Product; Heather A. Desvarieux, our Chief Program Officer; Payal Patel, our Senior Director of Finance and Operations; and Eve Shapiro, our Chief Knowledge Officer. You helped us create and articulate a compelling plan to achieve our vision of a world in which students’ zip codes no longer predict their college graduation outcomes or future success. I am in awe of your excellence and so grateful for your brilliance, passion, joy, and shade! 🙂
