So, what is MyCoach AI?

It’s a GenAI-powered, conversational coaching tool designed to support first-generation and historically underrepresented college students at scale. Rooted in over a decade of Beyond 12’s human coaching data and culturally inclusive curriculum, MyCoach AI combines the power of AI with the expertise and empathy of our human coaches. It provides instant, personalized guidance via SMS, proactively nudges students toward key milestones, and seamlessly escalates to a live Beyond 12 coach when needed, helping students persist, thrive, and earn degrees that unlock economic mobility.
