Beyond 12 is a technology-based services organization that advances its mission through two core activities; a personalized coaching service and an innovative technology product. By integrating personalized coaching with intelligent technology, Beyond 12 offers a comprehensive, data-driven retention solution to help students succeed in college and beyond.
Personalized Coaching
College coaches help students navigate their transition from high school to college and, once on their college campuses, improve their success in and out of the classroom. Coaches work with students beginning in their senior year of high school and continue to support them through their second year of college.
Intelligent Technology
The Beyond 12 platform allows schools and organizations to track and analyze quantitative and qualitative student performance data to enable them to evaluate the efficacy of their instructional models, systems and support services. Key components of the system include: an alumni tracker for high schools and pre-collegiate organizations; an early warning system for colleges and universities; and a student engagement site built on the facebook platform for students and their postsecondary advisors. Beyond 12 also provides its partners with effective reporting tools and technology consulting services to translate the data into actionable steps.
